Ingredients

  • 2 paximadia halves
  • 2 ripe medium tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese- crumbled
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • dried Greek oregano

Instructions

  1. place paximadia halves cut side up on a plate & drizzle with olive oil
  2. finely dice tomatoes & cover paximadia halves with diced tomato, pouring all of their juices on top as well
  3. sprinkle feta on top of tomatoes
  4. drizzle each dako with a little more olive oil
  5. sprinkle oregano on top of feta
  6. serve with olives & enjoy any time of day
